Any information obtained by S and S Sales Company will NOT be distributed to ANYONE outside the realm of conducting normal business functions to answer your questions or process orders.

Terms Of Sale

To place an order
Call 602-439-0145. We will be glad to answer any questions you may have prior to your purchase. You can place an order over the phone or through our website at www.sandssalesco.com.

Web Orders
Some pictures on the website may not represent the actual item purchased as some items have a different appearance for different applications.

Special Order Parts
Some items are considered special order parts and these are non-refundable. Special orders will take extra time in completing and processing. Special orders can not be processed through our website, please call 602-439-0145 for special orders.

Prices
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All pricing is subject to change. We make every effort to control our costs but all items are manufactured here in the U.S.A. and we will not compromise our quality.

Product Availability
Availability of products is subject to change at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and services at anytime.

Sales Tax
Arizona residents must include 8.1 % sales tax on all orders.

Payment

Money Orders will be processed as soon as possible, money orders are treated same as cash.

Certified Checks must be made payable to "S and S Sales Company" and will also be processed immediately as they are treated same as cash.

Personal Checks will hold orders until the check has cleared the bank, this could take as long as 15 business days.

Cash is always accepted however we do not advise sending cash through the mail, we will not be held responsible for cash payments that get lost or stolen in the mail.

We accept all major credit cards and these are processed immediately.


Shipping
Part prices do not include shipping. Shipping and handling charges will apply. We ship U.S.P.S., U.P.S., and Fed Ex. Priority shipping is available at cost. Please indicate any special shipping requirements you may have. U.P.S. and Fed Ex do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Insurance is optional for you for shipping and those charges will apply to your invoice.

Shortages and Back Orders will be fulfilled as quickly as possible, in this event a representative will contact you directly with the status of your order.

Returns - Products may be returned for a refund at 25% restocking fee within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be returned in as new condition and not show any signs of use. You must call in advance for any return items to receive a Return Authorization. You will be responsible for return freight charges. Special order items will not be accepted for return or refund. If you are dissatisfied with the product in anyway please call and we can decide the necessary action to be taken, we take pride in our products and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Cancelled orders - if you order with a credit card and it has been processed before the cancellation we will be forced to charge 15% cancellation fee. This is due to merchant services agreements and procedures.

Distributors - We welcome any business that is interested in resale of the Road Warrior system. Please contact Steve Schaedel for distributor pricing and terms.
