1. By purchasing one of our products you acknowledge that S and Sales Co. will not be held liable (criminal, civil,or otherwise) in any means due to misuse of our products.
2. As with all firearm products, we urge extreme caution in the use of this product. Our holsters are designed for a specific handgun or class of handguns. Do not use any other firearm in a holster it wasn't designed for.
3. The Road Warrior was intended for use by persons competent in handling firearms. If you are uncomfortable handling a firearm or this product then don't!
4.The Kydex holster was designed for use by law enforcement individuals and those trained in handling firearms.
5.We strongly discourage anyone from carrying their firearms in a "cocked and locked" condition, otherwise in a "ready to fire" condition.
6.Due to variations in guns and motorcycles, some fitting or adjustments may be required when installing this equipment. If you are unfamiliar with basic hand tools or are not comfortable installing our products, we offer installation services for a nominal fee in the Phoenix Arizona metro marketplace. If you do not live in the Phoenix Az. area please have it installed by someone knowledgeable in basic mechanics and firearms.
7.Do not use guns equipped with triggershoes in the Road Warrior Holster.
8.Do not insert or draw your gun from this holster with your finger on the trigger.
9.Do not use the holster if it appears to interfere with any of the safety functions or devices of your gun.
10.Always check the holster for wear or damage before use. This is important to ensure the holster will function as designed. Do not use the holster if it appears damaged or worn.
11.Do not use this holster with any firearm that has been modified or malfunctioning in any way.
12.Do not modify this holster system in any way.
13.Although the holster was designed to be carried in an "unlocked" condition, it is recommended that the holster lock be engaged to prevent your firearm from accidentally falling out.
14.This product may not be legal in all jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of the person using the holster system to ensure its legality in any state, city, or other local legal jurisdictions that he/she may live in, ride to or travel to. 15.Some holsters do not protect the firearm from having the magazine or other devices of the gun removed while in a locked condition. Basically, if you can remove something from the gun holster in a locked condition so can anyone else.
16. This holster system is designed as a theft deterrent, nothing is 100% theft proof. S and S Sales Co. will not be held liable for any loss or theft from using this product.
